Refund policy

We hope you love all your purchases from Blushing Blondie Boutique. But we do understand that you may need to exchange a purchase especially when ordering online. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund. You can always return an item for STORE CREDIT. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with TAGS ATTACHED, and in its original packaging. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return all shipping costs. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. Contact us blushingblondie@yahoo.com . immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the email, you should include a description of the damage and attach photos that clearly show the extent of the damage. 

Please note that color variations caused by computer monitor resolutions, lighting conditions, and photography lenses are not considered valid reasons for claiming an item as damaged. These variations are normal and not covered by our damaged item policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Beauty & Body products.  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.)  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on SALE/ CLEARANCE items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (ONLY IF ITEM IS DAMAGED)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
